I am passionate about assisting people to make healthy food choices in order to help them to live a full and vibrant life.
My food philosophy is to obtain nutrients from whole foods, where possible, and to supplement if necessary. I encourage people to eat widely from the five core food groups – grains/cereals, vegetables, fruit, meat and alternatives, and dairy and this is possible even for people following specific food plans, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free.
