A Telehealth appointment is just like a standard appointment with your GP, but it will be conducted over the phone. Your GP will go through the normal procedures of asking about your symptoms and assessing potential diagnoses. You can also get your scripts for medicine or discuss any general health concerns.
How to book a Telehealth Appointment?
Call the practice during standard opening hours and our staff will book your appointment for you. Patient must have had a face-to-face consult in the last 12 months with our GPs.
Blood tests and X-ray results are not given over the phone in accordance with privacy laws.
To get your results, please make a follow-up appointment.
We appreciate you updating us with your information such as change of address, phone numbers, marriage status, child custody arrangements and other documents that could affect our service to you.
For a longer duration of your schedule or procedure you want to have, you can tell our booking receptionist.
Home visits can be arranged for regular patients at the discretion of the doctor within reasonable distance from the practice.
Walk-ins can be accommodated where possible for emergencies

Starting from 1st August 2025, we will be introducing new Mixed-Billing for your consultations. As such, a small gap fee will likely be payable, but we are aiming to keep your overall ‘out of pocket’ expense to a minimum.
