• To get your results, please make a follow-up appointment.

• For a longer duration of your schedule or procedure you want to have, you can tell our booking receptionist.
RESULTS FOLLOW UP POLICY
Patients are responsible for booking the follow-up appointment for review of pathology, investigations and specialist consultations. The appointment should be approximately five(5) working days after the tests are performed.
REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS AND REFERRALS
Please book an appointment for repeat prescriptions and referrals.
No results shall be given over the phone as per privacy laws. Please book a follow-up appointment. Inform our receptionist that it is a follow-up appointment for your appointment to be properly annotated in our system. If you can’t keep your appointment, please give us a call an hour before your schedule so we could reschedule you.
